Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it without any charges. After 2 minutes, if the order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately at +91 86570 80770.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Order not delivered within promised time (60+ minutes delay)
• Wrong items delivered
• Quality issues (cold food, damaged packaging)
• Missing items from order

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Non-Refundable

Orders cannot be refunded after consumption or if the issue is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
