2. Service Description

Desi Pizza Street is an online platform that connects customers with local street pizza shops for ordering and delivery services.

3. User Account

You must provide a valid mobile number to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
One account per mobile number

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the pizza shop
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Payment is processed securely through Paytm
Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted by the shop
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for valid cases

5. WhatsApp Notifications

By using our Service, you consent to receive:

OTP codes for authentication
Order confirmation and status updates
Promotional offers (you can opt-out anytime)

Standard WhatsApp data charges may apply.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Place fake or fraudulent orders
Abuse or harass pizza shop staff
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
Share your account credentials with others

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
You must provide accurate delivery address
Delivery charges are clearly displayed before checkout
We are not responsible for delays due to weather or traffic

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Desi Pizza Street, including logos, text, images, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Desi Pizza Street is a platform connecting customers with pizza shops. We are not responsible for:

Food quality or safety (responsibility of the pizza shop)
Delivery delays or issues
Allergic reactions or food-related illnesses
Disputes between customers and pizza shops

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

Order not delivered within 2 hours
Wrong items delivered
Payment charged but order not placed

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
